In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, an international corporation faced a major challenge: how to efficiently manage limited office and parking capacities while adhering to safety regulations. This is where the digital management tool “Return” came into play, developed in just three weeks.

Our customer is active around the globe. More than 20.000 employees in many countries and even more offices. Each country had their own safety rules and was run by a different team.
User Friendly
When it comes to booking an office space, usability is key. We made it really easy for everyone to book a space - from their desktop, laptop or mobile.
Native iOS app
We developed a native iOS app using SwiftUI, supporting MFA, Push notifications and calendar integration.
Scheduled activation
If too many people wanted to get a reservation, our implementation triggered a lottery. Everybody got the same chance to get a free space.
