AI for Mid-Sized Businesses
AI Opportunity Assessment
From gut feeling to your first pilot in two weeks
"Something with AI" has been on the list in many companies for a year. There was a workshop, there are a few chatbot licences, and there is the question of where to actually start. Most companies that looked at AI and dropped it name a lack of knowledge about use cases as the reason – not the cost.
The opportunity assessment is our answer: a two-week format at a fixed price. We look at your processes, your systems and your data, and at the end there is one use case on the table that pays off – with a metric we will be measured against in the pilot. And an honest list of the ideas that do not pay off.
Two weeks, three meetings
How it works
Week 1 – Understand. We talk to the people who do the work: sales, order processing, accounting, production. We do not ask "Where could AI help?" but "What do you type twice every day?". In parallel we look at your system landscape – which interfaces exist, which exports, where the data lives.
Week 2 – Check and evaluate. For the three to five most promising cases we check the data basis: is there enough data, is it clean enough, may it be used? Then we assess effort, benefit and risk, and choose with you the case that gets built first.
Wrap-up. In a meeting with management we present the result: the pilot brief, the cost estimate, the timeline. You decide whether to go ahead.
