A German film industry trade association

Concept

One Report, Read Three Ways

The same market report means one thing to a small arthouse cinema and quite another to a corporation the size of the industry’s biggest players. A summary written for everyone ends up landing with no one.

The idea: three persona agents read the same report, each through the eyes of one member archetype — and then debate it, the way an editorial meeting would. Each member group gets the findings that matter to it.

Why Debate Beats Averaging

The simple route would be to generate three separate summaries. But the interesting insights often surface in the disagreements: what is a footnote for one archetype is the core risk for another — and that tension is meant to stay visible instead of vanishing into an average.

So the persona agents read independently, then argue over what belongs in each digest. The format borrows an idea from editorial work: the opinion that wins is not the first one voiced, but the one that holds up under discussion.
